So I'm almost prepared for Peter's birthday party tomorrow (its 10:30 pm here, way past my bedtime). Playgroup parties usually follow a certain format, they have certain elements, always. One of these is an art project.

Peter and I are happy to do art. He's totally into drawing right now. But organizing a project to do during a party is not my forte - shall we say. Anyway, a few days ago while making crown party decorations, I decided that that could be our art project (yeah, total epiphany, I know).


So for the last two days, I've been cutting out crowns for the kids to decorate. And every time I cut, or think about cutting I can't shake *The Whiz* from my brain. I think its the crown and the goofy talk - which totally reminds me of some comedy routine Peter would think up.
