Second is scary. This hairy giant caught my eye as I was on the way out yesterday morning. While Pete watched from the safety of the bike trailer, I knocked it with one of his sticks, it ran INTO the house, I screamed (which worried Pete), knocked it back out, and proceeded to smash it repeatedly...I thought (du du du duuuuuu). While heading out again today..there it was again. Same spot, same size, same spider. Rich was around this morning, so he actually squeeze killed it. This incident comes after two large spider kills last night. One of which was so big, Rich would not even let me to look at it.

Cute & Not So Cute
So that I don't scare you away, we'll do cute first. A shot of Pete admiring another kids bike outside bornhave. They all seem to have something his bike doesn't...different bells, baskets, racks, mud flaps...and so on. But I will note, he's the only kid in town with hot wheel flames on his bike, and a light up alien helmet.
