We also hosted playgroup today. We played a bit at home, had some lunch, and then went to the buffalo park (our favorite Fraugde spot since its discovery with Grandma Connie). At the end of the afternoon I felt truly Danish, when I had a baby sleeping outside on my back deck in a trolly.

Can I keep him, mom?
While biking to bornhave the other wet and dreary day, I spotted some large sluggish thing on the trail. I immediately veered off...without (thankfully) crushing it - a big old snail. Pete said, "can I have him as my pet since I can't have one with hair?". Turns out they are pretty common here, but new to Pete and I. After keeping him on the porch for a couple of days, he was freed at approximately 4:15 this afternoon.
