Thumbs Up for Lynx

There was a parade in downtown Mpls yesterday for the Lynx - who just won the WNBA championship! We were lucky enough to be at Game #1 the weekend before last. It was a super! fun! time.

Peter spent a good part of the night shaking his butt with his buddies.



Which leads me to - my boy is turning into more of a boy.

I've gotten myself a book to help me on this. I think we are at a critical point where he needs to be impulsive and moving and loud (becuase he is, and that's normal) - but not get in trouble for it. I can probably accomplish this at home. It's school that's my wild card. Luckily conferences are next week and I can feel out the teacher on how she handles this kind of thing in the classroom (although my secret teacher spy - Zhu zhu - tells me he is very calm and good in the classroom).
