A few weeks ago we offered to host a TA from China - and late Monday night this week Zhu zhu arrived. She's an energetic, coffee drinking, computer savvy, very friendly, tall 30-something girl from the spicy food province of Chongqing. (She shared a bit of hot sauce with us last night...mmm, yummy.)
In China, Zhuzhu teaches English to high school age and older (her English is perfect). Here, she will be helping our immersion teachers develop and expand our school curriculum.
Peter and the neighbor boy keep making their way through summer stuff. We are starting to repeat activities, so we know the dog days are here. Time to think about school supplies.
