Hurry! Hurry!

The internet router is lit up like a Christmas tree!

That means I can go online at home. The thing has been blinking more and more lately. The internet people say its the router. But upon calling the router people we learned a nice little secret. In some way I'm not gonna even try and explain, the router people can use something (like my husband's cell phone) along with his computer, tap remotely into our router and tell us the problem. This is creepy and bordering on 'the synergy' ...have you heard of that? As creepy as chicken nubbies but likely to happen none the less.

Anyway. Its not our router. But I digress.

Rich pulled a handful of various size red potatoes out of the garden the other day. These babies are offspring of old icky organic potatoes that I had in the cupboard this spring. My father-in-law, who is a valid source for this sort of info told me that *they* spray 'normal' non-organic spuds so that you can't do this, So if you want to, you need to get organic.

So yummy I had to share.

Sliced nice and thin, then roasted, along with some farmer's market beets, a sprinkle of olive oil and some rosemary from the front step.

The last two night's dinners have been eat-what-will-not-keep. Tomorrow we will be eating (come hell or high water! - yeah Grandma L) da da da da

CHINESE BROCCOLI

and possibly zucchini for the third night in a row.

PPP (Pete Part of Post)
Post dinner shenanigans (a no-no of feet on the table).
