Partae!

This week, Friday's playgroup was a good-bye party for the three *big* kids in the group that are starting school...complete with egg-free cake and homemade ice cream - and just soes you knows, this homemade stuff is the way to go.


The main art project for the day was a friendship bracelet. Everyone brought beads that represented them, and everyone got one bead from each friend. Peter brought turtle beads.




With these big kids gone, Peter (4) and Sophia (5) will now be the pack leaders, so it will be interesting to see how things change (or don't) in the coming weeks.

Out of blue, Sunday afternoon, Rich decided that he MUST make pretzels. In true Rich fashion he took over the entire kitchen counter, flour everywhere, pots boiling, and dishes piling up. But I can't say they weren't tasty.
