We were flying home out of Hamburg, Germany. So our last night in Europe we had some authentic food at Schweinske. You might guess from the name - lots of pork on the menu. I had a pork steak with an egg on top, and some bacon in my fried potatoes (with onion), and Rich had the grill plate. They had yummy bread too (the bread in Denmark was not so hot, hopefully that experience was just our hotel).
We found a place to live in Denmark in a smaller town outside of the main city. Now we just need the company to set up the flat contract so we know when we're moving. I feel overwhelmed now. Just wait till we ( I say we, but really it will be just ME ME ME) start planning, shopping, packing...Ahhh. I might need to buy some wine.

I was thinking the same thing as my mom - don't kill yourself with all that meat!
