In the garden.

We're seeing lots of cherry tomatoes and some bigger regular tomatoes in the garden. Yippee. However, our tomatillo is 6 feet tall - but has yet to show a single pod. ??

Sometime back I read about taking the vine plus pods of chick peas (garbanzo beans) and just throwing it on the grill. This will (I guess) toast the fresh bean in the pod. I think ours are about ready to be harvested and grilled.

This pile is a little bit farmer's market and a little bit garden. The cukes are growing inches per day. Peter prefers them sliced & raw. Rich likes to experiment with refrigerator pickles.
