While purging piles of papers in anticipation of doing our taxes, I found a computer generated recap of one of Peter's 2012 baseball games.  The program has you enter stats, names, etc. and then it will spit out something like this.

An impressive two-way performance from Peter B. led Hopkins Green Beasties to a 12-6 win Sunday over Golden Valley Three, as Barrett came up huge at the dish and on the mound.

Barrett racked up three RBIs on three hits for Hopkins Green Beasties.  He singled in the first, third, and fifth innings.

Golden Valley Three couldn't get anything going so long as Barrett was on the hill.  Barrett gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three during his 1 2/3 innings of work.

Hopkins Green Beasties blew out Golden Valley Three thanks to seven hits, including zero extra base hits.  Hopkins Green Beasties scored five runs in the third on a passed ball, an RBI single by Barrett, a walk by Braun, and an RBI single by Sweeney.

The fall-ball group was a superb team - both in ability and character.  So it was a really fun, and often nail-biting season.
