Not much happening as of late. Here are some things from last week...

They are logging the forest in our town. Such a bummer. The last day we were out walking they had completely obliterated the area of 50 year old cedars. I'm told that the forest is likely owned by the people in the manor house, and they are logging for the money. They can only deforest so much at a time, and they have to replant, but of course it just won't look the same for some time.

Peter posing by the stinky dolphin garbage can at the pool last Friday. We had a pretty fun time, although the pool was colder (compared to on the weekends when they likely crank up the heat), and who knew you could bruise the bottom of your foot (trying to stop myself from going under while coming out of the water slide with Pete). Peter really enjoyed being able to swim with friends.
